First of all, thanks for taking the time to come by and check out my products, I hope there's something in here that you'll like!
Now on to the questions to help you decide which products are for you!

What is the refund policy?

PRESETS:

UPDATE 1.11 2023: We are now offering a money back guarantee if the presets do not look as you wished after you tried them out on your photos, we guarantee to give you a full refund!

TOURS, TRAVELS, and ADVENTURES (group and independent):

Refunds are available (minus the stated deposit) up to 30 days before the trip for any given reason. 30 days prior to the trip the amount is due in full, and all payments (paid or outstanding) are non-refundable, nor transferable. Should you cancel within a 30-day timeframe before the trip starts, we will try our best to convert the amount paid by the client into a voucher to be used on a future date.

All guests must have a comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover cancellations, postponement, injury, illness and medical services (including repatriation), activity, personal baggage and money.

Due to unpredictable situations such as the pandemic, everything (including activities and dates of the trips) is subject to change, however, unlikely.

What are presets?

Look at them as photo filters - I have developed them over the years to change the colors of your photos, add light and give them a more professional look, helping you edit more beautifully. Developing these presets took me years of practice, but I am making them available for you to use with just a few clicks, so you can improve without the hassle!

What program/app do I need to use these presets?

These presets work on Lightroom for mobile and Lightroom Classic for desktop.

Who are these presets for? Are they right for me?

The presets are for those that want to improve their editing and quality of their photos fast. If you are someone who loves taking beautiful photos, but aren't always fully satisfied with how your camera or phone captures the scene, these are for you. There are also a few other perks that come with using presets ...

What do these presets help me with?

color correction and improvement. All devices
enhanced light - my signature sunny look. Included to use on iPhones, while you might need the Adobe subscription on Android to use the Sunny Effect to its full extent. Color Correction still works regardless.
more consistent look and style of your photography (which, as I have explained in one of my Foto Tip Friday segments on my Instagram stories, creates an appealing Instagram feed and makes it more likely for people to want to keep seeing your photos and hit that follow button)
with a more professional looking photos come possibilities to collaborate with brands and eventually get paid for your photos

(of course, these things don't come included with my presets straight away ;) but if you are willing to consistently work with them and invest the time, all of the above are possible!)

Why are presets not free / why are they priced the way they are?

As much as I would have liked to make them available at no cost for the Destination Chaser Family (I appreciate you guys more than you know!), there were a bunch of things I had to keep in mind when deciding the price, for example that once I release these presets, they can possibly be used by brands, big companies and campaigns worth thousands.

In the end, everyone using the presets is aiming for an improvement in their work and possibly get paid for it, so I would see it as an investment in your hobby or possibly career! Another thing to take into count was the time I have spent learning about all the features, money spent on gear and the program itself, developing these presets and finally testing them to guarantee they work with your photos.

What are the steps to downloading and using these presets?

After purchasing them in the online store here, you will receive an email that grants you access to the presets. Only the email you fill in during check out gets access to the presets! This is very important to ensure no theft or illegal downloads for these presets. Along with that, you will receive a detailed step by step guide to show you how to set your presets up :)
