Liveaboard scuba adventure in Raja Ampat - Indonesia! October 6-13, 2025
ONLY 5 SPOTS LEFT
What will you experience?
Day 1: Raja Ampat's nature & cultural display
After arriving early in the morning in Sorong, one of the easternmost airports in Indonesia, you'll meet the group and take a boat across the archipelago!
To kick off our adventure, we'll take you to a crystal clear blue river, and see a cultural display of the Maya Peoples, the indigenous people of Raja Ampat!
We'll then spend the night near Waisai in Beach Bungalow, where you also have a chance to do a refresher dive to get yourself back on track.
Day 2: Let the Liveaboard Adventure commence!
Get settled into our boat: Gaya Baru Indah. Best value, intimate. Shared twin cabins, and shared bathrooms to keep the cost low for you. Our highlights about this vessel, and the reason we chose it for our adventure include:
-
Only 8 guests on board for a family-feel
-
Small diving groups of 4 divers per guide: this way everyone gets to take their time, and see all they want to see, while also enhancing safety
-
Nitrox on all dives for no extra fee
-
Delicious Indonesian and international food
- Beautiful traditional sailing boat design
Our chosen adventure home, the Gaya Baru Indah sailboat.
Day 3-8: Eat, sleep, dive, repeat!
7 days, and 6 nights on the boat with up to 3 dives per day.
We will visit the best dive sites at Raja Ampat's North and Central areas, such as the famous Cape Kri, Manta Sandy, Sardine Reef, Citrus Ridge, and much more. We will also visit one of Raja Ampat's best viewpoints - Piaynemo.

+ People who are adventurers at heart and want to explore corners of the world most people overlook
+ Those who take experiences over comfort, and deep connections over small talk
+ Those who don't just want to tick off a new place, but explore it.
Who is this adventure NOT for?
- People who will not have a certification for scuba diving by the time of this adventure - our other land-based adventures could be for you, though.

- People who would rather stay in a resort than explore

✈️ What flights should I look for?
Flying in & out of Sorong intl. airport, Indonesia (SOQ).
Arrival into Sorong Airport (SOQ) on October 6th before 7am. There are flights through Jakarta (Indonesia's capital) that day. Alternatively, you can arrive on October 5th flying through Bali's airport (Denpasar), and we can help you arrange an extra hotel night.
Departure: the adventure ends in the afternoon of Oct. 13th in Waisai, and the earliest possible departure will be from Sorong airport (SOQ) on October 14th, so we recommend unwinding for a day or more, and departing anytime on October 14th, as most flights to major hubs (such as Jakarta) depart in the morning hours.
How does the payment work?
3 months before the start of the trip we will send you another payment link for 20%, and for the remainder, we will send another payment link two months in advance - this is so you have more flexibility with covering the cost and don't need to pay everything at once. Let us know if you need a payment plan, we are happy to help!
BONUS: if you have a points program you can collect points from our trips as we are under the “travel” category!
Other payment options such as PayPal, or bank transfer, are available too if you prefer.
