Meet your team:

What will we experience?

Day 1: Delhi

Arrival in Delhi as our meeting / stopover point, and the first time meeting your new adventure family! Cities are always a good way to crash-course your way into a new destination, but now it’s time to go deeper into the depths of this country full of unique culture, history, and experiences:

Day 1-3-5: India's spiritual capital: Varanasi

We will go on an adventurous train ride together to get to the state of Uttar Pradesh, to Varanasi, also known as the City of Light - the spiritual capital of India: on the banks of the Ganges, every evening at sunset, priests perform ritual complicated fire ritual prayers, and pilgrims light candles to float on the sacred waters. Multiple activities to immerse yourself in the city will follow, including a boat ride, walking around the town to take in with all senses, and visiting multiple sites of spiritual value, all while you get to connect with your new travel family.

Day 5-6: Architecture & love in Agra

We start by ticking off a bucket list for many: one of the 7 world wonders: the one, the only... Taj Mahal! We will get here bright and early to make sure we capture it in its full might and experience the beauty without the crowds. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a masterpiece of architecture and an ode to love. Afterwards we will climb up the Agra Fort for a birds-eye view over the city, perched along the Yamuna River, and discover its rich Mughal history. And, of course, have group activities to get to know your new crew of adventurers!

 Day 6-7: Jaipur

We're going from one fascinating area of India onto the next: after a domestic flight to reach Rajasthan and its most notable city Jaipur, the exploration of the "pink city" begins: Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds, on to Jaipur Bazaars to experience the local culture and explore the shopping hub Jaipur is famous for ... it will be a busy couple of days trying to take it all in! This is also the perfect stop to fill your bags with handicrafts and beautiful good to support local artisans and bring a piece of your trip back home to your family and friends.

Day 7-9: Holi Pushkar

Drive 3 hours to Pushkar, a city rich in diversity of religious and cultural threads, and we're here for one of the most spectacular ones:

Get ready for a truly unique experience as we dive into the vibrant and joyful Holi festival. People from all over the world travel here for this specific occasion, and we'll be joining in the festivities, too! It's a riot of colors and cultural celebrations meant to raise your spirits and wash off negativity. Enjoy the most colorful festical in the world!

Why choose Destination Chaser?

Bringing the world closer, one adventure at a time! At Destination Chaser we combine unforgettable adventures for the traveler, with giving back to the communities that we are fortunate enough to be hosted by. We focus on:

Ecotourism: through sustainable practices revolving around culture and nature, to help make it financially sustainable to preserve the two for communities.

Supporting small local businesses: our trips are always comprised of locals putting their passion to work, and us supporting part of their dream through our visit.

Dispersing tourism: over-tourism has become a problem in many places, and we believe if people simply traveled more to lesser visited places (what we focus on!), everyone would benefit: more opportunities where they normally lack tourism, travelers getting better experiences off the beaten path, and not adding to the crowds of over-popular places.

Bringing the world closer: We believe that over time, if more people traveled to places and interacted with cultures that are oftentimes misunderstood or misrepresented, the world would become a more peaceful place. We want you to go on a trip others would not consider, and spread the word about the beauty of people and places - and open more minds to how similar we are as humans.

Thank you for being part of this movement!
